On 28 and 29 September, PiovanGroup will participate in the Food Tech Summit & Expo that will take place at the Citibanamex Centre, Mexico City's main convention and exhibition centre. This event will be attended by professionals from the entire food & beverage industry, including companies from the bakery, snacks and confectionery sectors.

In addition, on 28 September at 10 a.m. CDT Piovan Mexico will hold the webinar Best practice for material handling for bakery products to discuss how the handling of food ingredients can be optimised in automation plants, thanks to the complete integration of machinery and constant control at all stages of the production process. Among the various topics that will be covered during the online session, participants will have the opportunity to see a 3D demonstration of the operation of a biscuit production plant.
